For eligible clients, we can thoughtfully incorporate prescription weight-loss medications as part of a medically guided plan.
Executive HealthSpan
Executive Healthspan Leadership Longevity Audit is an on-site, physician-led longevity experience for senior leadership teams and business owners who recognize that their people—and especially their executives—are their most valuable asset. Because employee health drives performance, retention, and long-term resilience, this program is designed to help leaders protect and strengthen their healthspan in a practical, actionable way. I deliver a high-impact presentation on the core drivers of healthy aging, with a dedicated focus on executive stress, recovery, sleep, and sustainable high performance—because stress management is not optional at the leadership level. Each attendee then completes a confidential intake, followed by individualized physician feedback and a clear “risk-and-priorities” summary to guide next steps
